lemon shochu

ingredients

• lemons from everyone

• rock sugar

• shochu (35%)

instructions

1. wash and thoroughly dry the lemons.

2. slice the lemons.

3. place the lemon slices and rock sugar in a clean glass jar.

4. pour in the 35% shochu until the lemons are completely covered.

5. seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark and safe place!

6. let it infuse for about 1 week tasting occasionally.

7. remove the lemon slices when the flavor reaches your preferred balance.
